Upcoming Events

On Thursday, October 28th we will be wearing orange to recognize the lasting impact of residential schools in Canada, and to make a statement that “Every Child Matters.”  We are proud to say that our students are among the 1000 students in HPEDSB who ordered orange t-shirts this year, and we will be part of the even greater number who will be showing support through wearing orange on Thursday.

On Friday, September 29th there will be a PA Day and therefore no classes will be running.

On Monday, October 2nd we will be participating in our annual Terry Fox Walk on as we take action to help in the fight against cancer.  This walk was originally scheduled for Thursday, but with cross country being postponed to Thursday, our walk got bumped back to Monday.  With so much happening, there are a few reminders.

Monday:

  • We will be away from our MSS classrooms from about 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Please send a packed lunch since we will not have access to the MSS cafeteria on Monday.
  • Please send in donations for Terry Fox.
